Booking conditions

Service description

The rental price of the service includes the use of the birthday room according to the previously booked time and all guests can stay at the Trampolino trampoline center for 3 hours in total. If there are more guests attending the party than the number of guests allowed in the birthday room, there is no additional charge. Guests invited to the birthday party do not need to purchase a separate trampoline center ticket. Guests of the birthday room can bring their own food and drinks or use the Trampolino catering service. The rules of procedure for the birthday rooms can be found here. Reds OÜ does not provide childcare services. According to the rules of procedure for the Trampolino trampoline center, children under the age of 7 may not stay in the trampoline center without a parent or chaperone (the chaperone must be at least 16 years old). Children who are present at the birthday party are the responsibility of the parent or the person who booked the birthday room, including if the party is being held by a party manager. To ensure safety, we ask parents to monitor the activities and safety of all children attending their party.

Placing an order through the website

To order a service, you must make a reservation through the booking system on the Trampolino website. To complete the order, you must select the appropriate products and services and fill in the necessary fields. The fee amount (€) will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via the bank link provided by Maksekeskus. If you choose to pay only the booking fee of €50 when making a reservation, the remaining room rent will be paid on site by card or cash. However, the ordered catering will be immediately added to the booking fee and must be paid in full at the time of booking. Additional services will be paid on site by card or cash due to the later confirmation of the service. The birthday room reservation will take effect from the date of payment. If the booked time or additional activity cannot be provided, the buyer will be notified and the money paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after sending the notification. Upon successful booking, an automatic booking confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address entered in the booking. Cancellation conditions

NB! If a reservation is cancelled, the reservation fee will not be refunded. To change the reservation, a written notification must be submitted to the email address info@trampolino.ee more than 48 hours before the reservation time. The booked birthday time can be changed within a maximum of 1 (one) year from the original date.

Dispute resolution

If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Trampolino Trampoline Centre, they must be sent by e-mail to info@trampolino.ee or by phone at +372 5379 5555. If the buyer and the company are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. The procedural terms and conditions can be viewed and a statement submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Commission is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer’s complaint by the Commission is free of charge. The buyer may contact the European Union’s consumer dispute resolution platform.
